Salmon/Halibut bake
We spent three days and nights at Mound Island and had some friends over for a Salmon/Halibut dinner. I braided strips of Salmon and Halibut together and put it in the oven to bake for half an hour. Before serving, I covered the fish with Hollandaise sauce and sautéed mushrooms. Along with the bread and brownies baked earlier in the morning, it was pretty good if I do say so myself.
